hipechik2 @chelle6873 - Hi Again Michelle! Please hang the dress immediately after you receive it. The wrinkles will fall out (same thing happened to me when I received from Eloquii). You can hang in a semi-steamy environment to speed up the process. Since the dress is on the heavy side, the wrinkles will smooth quickly. Be super careful (don’t use anything sharp) to open the box. I’m sure you’ll love the dress.
