beachgoersc @lovelv187 I don’t know what to say, I just opened it a few mins ago. Shipping envelope was in great shape, so no smashing. The heart with the M was wrapped up with the tony piece of chain. The rest of the broken chain was next to it in the tiffany bag. I was unable to post the pics on my page. How can I send them to you?

beachgoersc @lovelv187 Can I send this broken chain back to you and you send one that isn’t broken. The piece of chain that is not attached to rest of chain was wrapped with tissue paper with the silver heart. When I opened the tissue, the heart and little piece of chain were wrapped together. Lol, I have no reason to make that up! I am bummed I can’t wear it!
