bekki_vv @micslayer206 hi. i have been fighting with the P.O. for days. a case was finally open after 10 days. They wouldn't do anything til then. This was the message I received from them on the 2nd... "This message is to let you know that we have received your inquiry at the COMMERCE Office. After we review and investigate the information you have provided, we will contact you and work with you until the issue is resolved. We appreciate your patience while we investigate this matter."
