ivyellen76 @lizard10198 I worked at Complete Birkenstock in north Chicago for 3 years - this pair in particular had no W9 M7 under the SIZE on the footbed and the BIRK on the sole wasn’t spaced properly. Plus, if you look at Granada’s, the straps are never that width or color. I’m just trying to help.

Second, the Birkenstock tag attached to one of the sandals states "materials: upper: synthetic" Also I am familiar with the Birko-Flor material as I own a pair made with it myself. So I will counter with buyers beware.
