debbyjill Hi Michelle! I am so sorry that you were disappointed with the Flapper Costume Dress. It is hard to fit whole dresses in my camera’s lens, but I’m always happy to grab more photos when asked. I really wish you would go ahead and return it for a full refund if you are unhappy! I take pride in earning my stars, and until your review I had a 5-star average! I’d really like to make this right for you!🧚🏻‍♀️

mjs2125 @debbyjill Hi Debbyjill, I wasn't certain if I could return it as most of the choices didn't match my situation. But seeing that you have offered, I will place in the mail Tuesday morning (Post offices are closed on Monday-Federal Holiday). Are there specific instructions for returning? All other purchases I made on PM have been 5 stars, I certainly will give you a 5 start if I am able to return. Thank you.

debbyjill @mjs2125 If you can’t undo the accepting of the delivery, Please select “contact Poshmark support” and send an email requesting the return. I will do the same, approving the return. They should send you a mailing label so you don’t have to pay return postage. As soon as I get the package, they will give you a full refund. If that doesn’t work, then I will just write you a check and send it to you. You can donate the dress to avoid the cost of shipping it back.

mjs2125 I just sent the email. Hopefully you will be notified and a return label mailed to me. If not approved by Poshmark, no worries and no need to send a refund check, I will donate and change my rating to 4 stars. Your responsiveness to my concern warrants an upgrade to your customer service.

debbyjill I have already received a reply from Poshmark regarding your return. They need you to reach out to them directly to initiate the return. They are just waiting for your email! Should be no problem! :)

mjs2125 @debbyjill Nothing. Issue resolved as I've found someone that likes the dress and it fits them fine. I've gifted the person the dress. I'll change the rating. You have tried and have kept in constant communication with me. But on the other end Poshmark needs to do better in communicating. Thank you and this is no reflection on my continued support of Poshmark sellers. Thanks again. Take care, issue closed out on my end and "hopefully" by Poshmark..
