Hi Michelle. You just purchased a necklace from me. As I was packing it I noticed that on of the stones had come off so I reattached it. If you are not happy with it when it arrives please request a refund but keep the necklace anyway. I will also reimburse you for the shipping. I just wanted to be upfront and honest with you.

I am seeing that there was something wrong with your shoes. I truly apologize. I did not realize there was any problem with the shoes. I tried one on to make sure I wanted to sell them and photographed them and didn’t see anything.
