Hi Michelle, I have not yet heard from PM regarding your backpack shipment. Today, I sent another inquiry, "Hi, I have not heard back regarding my inquiry concerning this order. I received back a shipment to Guam because it lacked a US Customs Form 2976. Your FAQ regarding international shipments indicates that PM ships only within the US & its territories. Guam is a US territory. My buyer is waiting for the backpack. I don't know how to get it to her. Please advise or return her money?

Hi Michelle, I see that you gave me a 5 star rating for the backpack and it looks like it's been sold...but the thing is still here! I have talked to PM to try & get it to Guam with the US Customs restrictions, and they told me today that they were going to send me a different label today. I am still working on it, but now I'm afraid they will see your rating and think you really did get it and they will stop trying to help us. It might help if you sent them a note (include your order number).
