shirleeta Hi Michelle, I just received the coach bag and it’s super cute, along with the card and gift. My only concern is that it really smells of smoke. I’m not sure if you were aware of this. Do you have any suggestions as to how to get rid of the smell? Or any other way to resolve the issue? I’m sort of new to this so I’m not quite sure. Thanks so much! Shirley

mvannelli @shirleeta hi Shirleeta no, I am unaware of a smoke odor. I bought it "used" myself and never noticed an odor of smoke; had I noticed I would have used my machine that reduces odors. I am sorry to hear of this matter. please let me know what I can do to further assist you. thank you for reaching out.
