claudiasbridal I'm going to the post office monday and start complaining about the box. It was dropped off in the self serve bin around 5ish on the 12th. The other box that was mailed on the same day has arrived to it's new home. I am so sorry, I will try to track it from here first. This has happened before

bshaff_16 Hey hun I was packaging the veil and noticed it has a small hole at the bottom must have caught in my heal. It’s not noticeable at all due to how the veil lays. Not sure if you want to still purchase it or would like it at a cheaper price?

marygrace2003 The coat was accurately portrayed in the photographs. It is in pristine shape, well packaged and shipped the same day with a lovely handwritten note. It was very well priced. A lot of time and effort is expended on my closet. The purchased deserved a five star rating.
