bekah907 Hello, I just received my order of my floral urban outfitters skater dress, it fits beautifully.... I am wondering though the fabric seems to be clinging and bunching up rather than falling into place, did you have this issue? Any suggestions as the bunching up in the back is a problem for obvious reasons lol. When I pulled it out of the bag it was sticking together, but it doesn’t seem like static, any suggestions?

heymissmichelle @bekah907 Hi I’m so sorry that’s happening! It didn’t do that for me, so I’m not sure exactly what might be causing it, but I did wash and machine dry it right before folding it to ship it, so I’m thinking the fabric may have stuck together because of that. Try washing it on cold and air drying it. If that doesn’t do the trick, let me know!

heymissmichelle If you need a quick fix, try rubbing the lining with a fabric softener sheet or dryer sheet!

bekah907 @heymissmichelle Hi thank you 😊 I tried the fabric sheet, didn’t work, bu I’ll try washing it on cold and drying flat, see if that does the trick, I have work in 45 min, so I’ll throw it in before I go, I’ll get back to you tonight or tomorrow morning 😊 Thank you!

bekah907 Ufff deleted my message by mistake here’s billeted version lolcold wash and flat dry did not remedy the issue.Static guard didn’t, I think pilling is the issue.Pattern side can only be seen held up to light, but is clumping so much I feel like Janet Jackson at the Super Bowl halftime show 😜 this bears no reflection on the excellent service you have provided or your good reputation, life or death- no, but it’s unwearable so how do we proceed? 😊

heymissmichelle @bekah907 so sorry to hear this is still happening. This is definitely not the experience I want Poshers to have with their items. So, I would contact Poshmark within 3 days of the date you received the item and they can help give you a full refund and return the item to me!
