soriag @michellegousios once the buyer contacts Poshmark about getting the wrong order, Poshmark will send them new shipping labels to send the item to the right buyer. Nothing that you have to do, Just let Poshmark take care of it. You may want to contact the buyers to let them know what they need to do

4greatsavings @patrickdoyle70 hi the only thing you need to worry about is when people ask to do transactions off of poshmark other than that it's really safe. You sell something your money is held until delivered and customer has to approve it and or rate it. If they don't approve it. Then you wait 72 hours from delivery and poshmark releases the money. Pretty easy 😉 hope that helps

4greatsavings @stephcoller mine shows delivered.. it will show delivered and then they have 3 days to mark as received.. if they do not, then it will be delivered automatically from Poshmark.. Maybe its lost item? check the shipped link on that item and see if it shows usps delivered. If not email Poshmark - give them the persons @name of whom you sold it too and that its not delivered and most likely lost in mail.. they will refund the buyer and pay you as well because its not your fault the mail was lost..

4greatsavings @stephcoller unless they put in a complaint but then you will se that under your sold item but its probably lost. go to your sales and check to see if USPS has delivered the item... if its been delivered then email poshmark to pay you. it should do it automatically in 3 days of delivery from usps. if not shown delivered email the item is lost and they will cover your purchase pay you and refund the buyer as well

stephcoller I have reached out several times as the item is still stuck under shipped for days but the area has had theft after waiting on hold for two hours she said that area is not sending out any packages or redeliveries she has to pick up and she did. Great. Or so i thought but nope still another day come and gone i wait. I already tried contacting poshmark

Iv noticed that most of packages iv dropped off have no tracking not sure why but definitely all my mail has gone out . Iv even had problems with things iv personally ordered. Thanks
