kkbultema michelle, you purchased my Dana Buchman cross body purse today. When I was packing it up, one of the clasps on the cross body straps comes out of the metal. I took a picture. I am sure if you wanted to squeeze the round part with a pliers it would fix the problem. I thought I would give you a chance to cancel your purchase if you wanted to. Can we even do that? I don't really know how. I can post the pictures in my 'closet' so you can look.

kkbultema If you go to the big picture of the purse. You can see the clasp 'ball' not attached to the rest of it. I never noticed it before.

kkbultema it isn't really even damaged. just the circle part is an oval shape not a circle.
