mwr72 @girlygirlstyle what do you do when you see an item you want to purchase and you make an offer and get no reply... so you leave a comment asking seller if they are firm on the price and get no reply... then you notice they haven’t been active in 4 months, have 2 listing and no sales. Do you purchase the item and hope they notice and send? I’m new here so when does my transaction hit my account? When I approve the item or when I commit to buy?

girlygirlstyle @mwr72 hi - it’s unfortunate that what you want to purchase the seller is not active on the app - which sometimes is the case. You can cancel the order and you will get your money back. For you know if someone else is selling the item you want to buy. here is the response on Poshmark frequently asked questions.

mwr72 @girlygirlstyle Thanks! I sent an offer and after no reply I posted a comment asking if she was taking offers or firm on the price. I’m having a hard time finding a pair of Lucky Brand boyfriend jeans in the size I need that aren’t too “tattered or shredded” to wear at the office.
