lavishembellz Hi Michelle, I come bearing unfortunate news. The post office has verbally confirmed they lost the package. I’m not sure what the protocol is on here but I’m reaching out to PM to figure out how this is handled. I’ve never had this happen and I’m so sorry this happened to your order.
