laurened Hi. I hope you like your new Patagonia. I was disappointed to see you noted I could improve my ship time and I sent the item out the day after you purchased it. Please know it was a holiday on Monday. Maybe you should talk to the post office as I sent the item out within 24 hours. Thanks.
