katkatkat86 Hi, apparently there’s been an issue with the address you provided when you purchased the Frye boots. According to shipping details the item has not been delivered. I’ve reached out to Posh mark but haven’t heard back yet.

shellnee @katkatkat86. I found the problem. It is not the address. It came as postage due of $7.95. Is there a way to address with poshmark as I paid it to keep package from going back to you. I have photos and receipts.

katkatkat86 @shellnee that’s so strange! It was under the weight requirement so I’m not sure why you had to pay that amount. Do you want to reach out to Poshmark also? I sent an email yesterday but haven’t hear back. I will send one again.

shellnee @katkatkat86. Sure. I am not sure what the wrong box is. This is a USPS priority mail box large flat rate. The USPS wrote on it that the flat rate was $18.90 and that $7.95 was due. Postage label appears to be weight based 5 lbs or less.

shellnee @katkatkat86 also I sent a email to poshmark too. The auto response was that they are switching to new email servers and answers may take longer. I have not opened the package yet to check on anything (even though I desperately want to).

hetfield4pres @shellnee Hi Michelle, just wanted to say Thank you for the 5⭐& feedback❣ Also, I see that you've had an issue w another pkg and actually had to pay usps..?? That's terrible and I'm sort that has happened to you but I'm 99.999% sure that you're p.o just isn't aware that we are aloud to use flat rate boxes to ship.. we weren't aloud to along time ago but that has since changed... probably about 1 yr ago now, so whoever wrote that on your box is just unaware

hetfield4pres Here's a lil paragraph that I copied from pm's Q&A's regarding shipping... Just remember - and this is important! - you need to ship using the boxes that are labeled "Priority Mail," "Priority Mail Flat Rate," or "Regional Rate." USPS boxes labeled "Express Mail" are NOT allowed and may cause delays in shipping and receiving your earnings.

hetfield4pres @shellnee I forgot to tag you above☝️but anyway, as long as it doesn't say 'Express' on it, the box is fine and you'll get your $$ back.. there's no reason not to go ahead and open it 😉 but if you'd rather wait, thats up to you😊 I'm glad your p.o. didn't realize I shipped your pkg in a priority mail - flat rate envelope lol but I wldve been in the phone with em immediately, setting em straight lol I hope this all gets worked out for you guys

hetfield4pres @shellnee (the seller also) ASAP, but unfortunately pm isn't the fastest at responding to emails.. and even when they do, it cld still take a couple more days! Smh.. it may be quicker to just contact your p.o. and really, they are the ones responsible for reimbursement as they charged you for absolutely no reason at all.. ugh.. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you guys🤞 😊💕
