I’m ill today, but if there’s been no delivery by Tuesday I’ll pick the package up at the post office. You may find it helpful to get into the point of view of a customer, read the last note you sent me a see how you feel.

If I had known you were not feeling well I would have understood but I didn’t hear anything from you why it was not been accepted. It went out for delivery on April 8 with “no access to delivery location.” I read your above response on why that may have happened.
