Thank you for the notice. I sincerely do not know how this happened. The shoes are owed to a different purchaser and there should be no reason as to why a shipping label came up with your name on it. I have no explanation. I have contacted Support, but you know how that goes.. If you would be so kind, just hang on to them for the time being until I can get an answer from them. More than likely they will just refund the other buyer. But just in case, it would mean so much if u culd keep them safe
