jewelstyle Hi Michelle! Thank you for accepting my offer on the yellow Furla purse. I’m excited about it, but I wanted to let you know why I haven’t accepted it yet. It seems there was an issue with the USPS delivering it at this point. The tracking says it was delivered but nothing has shown up yet. I’m hoping it just got accidentally put in a wrong mailbox or something and it can be found. I sent a message to Poshmark support. I’ll keep you posted once I receive more info. Thank you, Kyla

jewelstyle @simplyblessedec Hi! I’m extremely unhappy with how the Poshmark support has handled this situation. I told them I don’t want to just cancel the order and wanted to try to track the package down. I want to put in a request a missing package form with the usps but it requires me to have the senders address on the form. Posh support only canceled it and didn’t send me any info so I can submit the form.

simplyblessedec @jewelstyle I'm so very sorry ypur going through this. I never received notice that the order was canceled infant, I received notice that it was delivered and accepted. I received payment for this item already if I am recalling it correctly. So, who got it that would have accepted it under your name?? This is all not good. jewelstyle @simplyblessedec I’m happy you got paid on your end and I was refunded, but I do wish I could have attempted to utilize the missing package form the usps provides to try to find the package. Your address is on the package but it wasn’t on the emails I received regarding the order. I doubt it allows you to put in your info on this message, but I can try to utilize the missing package form if you message it to me on insta.? Let me know your thoughts or any other suggestions.

simplyblessedec Postmark prohibits sharing personal information outside of the postmark site. I can tell you that my shipping information should be attached to the tracking number provided to you when the package shipped. If the post office needs my shipping information for their form they can obtain it by looking at the tracking number for that item. I hope this helps.

bonniegeen Hi!! wanted to let you know about this particular VB print. i fell in love at a thrift shop in NJ where I found a small purse. At another thrift store a year later I found the large bag. I gifted them to a friend and she just LOVES them. When I saw this I just had to get it for her for Christmas this year ❤ I also found another purse that will arrive soon. ashleyfraz78 Hello. I purchased some black suede Corral boots from you and they were sent in Nov However, I never received the package. I called UPS 5 times to see if they had been taken to their location.Was told it hadn’t been returned to them, I’ve emailed Poshmark Supp 4 times with no response. The boots were returned to you on December 9th. I have no idea where the package is coming from?

simplyblessedec @ashleyfraz78 I went to my post office 2 wks ago and asked them to call your post office to see if they were still there as the tracking number stated USPS was unable to access your property to deliver. They stated they did have your package as well as other packages for you that had been sitting at the post office for quite a while. Postmark has held my payment on these boots still! Your post office said they would hang on to them.

simplyblessedec 2 wks went by and I checked the tracking number again and saw they were returned to sender on December 9 however, I do not have them nor have I been notified by my post office that they are there. If I do not receive them then we would have to file a lost or stolen package with Poshmark who would pay you back your money as well as release mine I have waited so long to get. I will see if I can find them.

simplyblessedec @ashleyfraz78 ok. I just walked out of my post office in Cassopolis Michigan inquiring about the package. They stated the boots were sitting at your post office since three days after you purchased them. They processed them as return to sender on Dec 9th as they said they were unclaimed. my post office can't tell where they are at this point. probably on their way back to me.

simplyblessedec @ashleyfraz78 the post office also said to give it a wk due to the volume of mail going out for the holidays. If in one wk they are not back to me then you have to contact poshmark and USPS to file a lost package. I hope I find your boots for you. They were really really cool and expensive.
