ponitales Michelle I received the red skirt but not my watch. poshmark is waiting for me to accept my watch package but only the red skirt is here. what to do?

michellebalduc @ponitales there should be an option to say you received the wrong item and then it should send you instructions on what to do! And then it should also send me a new label so i can mail the watch!

ponitales @michellebalduc ya but u said u mailed my watch so I should have another tracking number, package to accept. poshmark thinks the package that arrived that they want me to accept has my watch inside, it has this skirt. I already hit ' item not delivered. it's the closest option to choose to our ccx situation. u said u already mailed my watch but if so wouldn't I have a second tracking number?

ponitales @michellebalduc okay dear, so I just sent them a brief message with our issue. if I dont get instructions from them within a day or 2 , I'll try to contact support again or just pay myself to return skirt to u. I gotta go pick up my kiddos, keep in touch. sincerely, suz fifi marie

ponitales @michellebalduc I have not received any info correspondence at all about returning this. I hit the correct link as nd informed wrong item sent. actually I haven't checked email in 2 days, I'll do that and get back to u but I may just have to pay for shipping privately. idk, I'll message back around 3pm, gotta run an errand now but thought of this so just checking in with u. have u been contacted? sincerely, suzfifimari

michellebalduc @ponitales i haven’t received any information on my end! However when i researched what to do in this situation it said you should be able to go to your account & go to your purchases and then click on this purchase and select “problems/order inquiries” and then specify that it was a wrong item received. If they will not send me a new label to send you the watch i can try re-listing it if that would work for you?

lilithe Hi Michelle. Thank you for your purchase of that Nike skort. I'll get it into the mail on Tuesday since Monday is a Holiday. I did not note it in the listing but this is from Nike's tennis line , there is pic of the tennis logo but it is white on white so difficult to see. Also this skirt has pinkish tint to it so it is not white . If you need to cancel just let me know. Thank you again
