On the app: Step 1: Click on your Account Tab Step 2: Select My Sale Step 3: Select Problems/Order Inquiry Step 4: Select Cancel Order Step 5: Select reason for cancellation to cancel the order.

I was waiting on a larger box delivery from usps..poshmark and usps will only let use use specific “approved” boxes when using the posh shipping labels..and I wanted to be sure that it didn’t get crushed in a smaller box.,but let me see what I can dig up this evening and I’ll make it work! Sorry about that! 😊
