chandelbrown Hi! You just bought my Kate Spade Blouse. I just went to ship it and noticed the sleeve had become untacked. I need to take it to Nordstrom for them to fix that so I’m going to cancel your order and message you after it has been fixed. Is that okay?

unequalmatch Hi! You bought the Alice & Olivia blouse from me. Indo understand your frustration and I am very sorry that you are not happy with your purchase. The blouse had been cleaned as soon as I got it and I do not use moth balls so that is weird that you got that smell. I did write in descriptions to check for flaws and ask any questions.
