floridagirl27 Hi Michelle, I received a Msg from the post office that the rattlesnake beltbuckle you bought from my closet is being returned because it was sent to the wrong address. The address on the label sent from Poshmark was: 5300 Antequera Rd NW, Apt 1510, Albuquerque NM 87120. Just checking to see if this is an error or if you received an email from the post office or PM and updated the address. Thanks!

floridagirl27 @michellebaca507 I don’t think there’s anything I can do on my end. If you go on PM, you should see that the delivery was unsuccessful. Also if you go to USPS.com and put in the tracking number, you will see that it’s listed as “addressee not known” maybe go to your local post office and see if it’s there? You might be able to catch it before it gets returned. FYI the tracking number is: 9405510899359944068794.

floridagirl27 @michellebaca507 if that is your correct address, then the post office made a mistake and should rectify it at no cost to you, so I would follow up with them ASAP so they can redirect the package back to you. if it gets returned to me, we’ll figure something out. I’ve never had anything like this happen before, but I’m sure we will find a way to finalize the sale.

floridagirl27 OK, spoke to someone at the post office. I tried to get them to redeliver, but they said it’s not possible and it will be sent back to me. I will see if Poshmark will generate another mailing label so I can resend. The USPS customer service rep said The reason it was sent back was because you are not associated with this address. Not sure if they made a mistake or what. If this is your home address, not sure what happened.
