michellexml @bethmcmanus01 Hi Beth, thanks for checking in. I am supposed to put in a formal claim where I mark the item as "not accurately described" to get a refund. I had explained the situation to Poshmark and it seems that's the only way to do it. I haven't done that before and wasn't sure if it will affect you negatively. I am waiting to hear back as I was supposed to do that within 24 hours of the inquiry and I didn't see the email until today. What are your thoughts on this?

bethmcmanus01 @michellexml I haven’t done that specific claim so I am not sure. I just checked the sale on my end & it is still on “pending acceptance” & no money has cleared. So I would think that you haven’t missed the 24 hr window! And I know that financial information (orders/sales/claims/etc) will be communicated via email from Poshmark, just FYI. 😊 Thank you for the update - I’m sorry I don’t have any more insight.

michellexml @bethmcmanus01 Hi, I submitted a case through Poshmark - they gave me an extension. I made it clear that your item was as described and that your other items were also as described and fantastic. I also mentioned our agreement for a partial refund. I will let you know what they say. I thought you would have received the notification about the credit. I didn't message you as I accepted it late at night. They must have given me a complimentary $10 if you received the full amount.
