hollywood4less Hi again! I am really sorry but I have to cancel the order. Upon packing, the Uggs actually were misplaced inside the wrong size box so the size does not match. I apologize, I will have to reach out to Nordstrom and see if I can reorder the correct size. I order multiples of items and have never had this issue before so I truly apologize.
