shays68 I was disappointed for the 1 star rating. Brighton sandals with leather insoles can become sticky in high humidity areas and leave a residue on feet. They were not treated with anything. It is very common with leather insoles of Brighton brand shoes. I even disclosed this in my listing so that anyone without knowledge of Brighton shoes would know this before purchasing. Thank you.

malegal @shays68 I am sorry that you’re disappointed but it was only 61 degrees with no humidity when we tried them on and it was NOT wet, rather, we were shocked to see that when we took the shoes off, there was a HUGE amount of brown stuff that STAINED all our feet in the same place. That is not normal and definitely NOT caused by humidity.
