Hi- it’s courtney who sold you the sliced diamond band. Did you receive it? The tracking is very weird. It seems like it might have come back to my local post office? I will go tomorrow and check but I just wanted to make sure that you didn’t receive it yet. Sorry if it’s taking so long. I did ship it within a few hours of your purchase.

@89shell hi- I reached out and they said that there are shipping delays across the country. They said that if shipping has not been updated by sept 13 to reach out again. I tried to explain that it seems like it went back to where it started. I will try and get a live person tomorrow. You might want to reach out on your end too. I’ll let u know when I hear more. So sorry that this is happening.

@89shell yes. I see that on the tracking. That’s where I shipped it from in august. It left that post office and went to a larger distribution center and then came back to Westlake. The Westlake post office took down my info and said that some should get back to me within 24 hours. Still waiting to hear from poshmark

@89shell hi- I just heard back from poshmark. They said that because it’s been so long they are releasing payment to me. You should not be charged. I would make sure to check your account. I’m sorry that you didn’t get the ring. If it ever turns up I will let you know.
