conleychr Hi, thanks for purchasing the Mudd Jean Jacket, The Jacket is a Junior Medium size and when I looked at the listing it is listed in Women’s. I hadn’t looked at it recently and it looks like a it’s on the small side even for a Junior Medium. I want to make sure you think it will work for you. I want you to be happy with your purchase. Here are the measurements 18” pit to pit and 21” neck to hem. Let me know- if you think it won’t work you have 3 hours to cancel the sale. Thanks Chris

taylor93087 Hi I wanted to reach out to see if you had got the moose jaw hoodie. The tracking never came up on here and I went to my local post office yesterday and they said it should be to you by yesterday or today. 🤦🏼‍♀️ I’m sorry they said it was an Issue on their end.

taylor93087 @kappagirl95 It says on my end as pending shipment scan. My local post office told me if it’s not received by today for me to come back to them tomorrow to see what they can do. I feel quite bad about this if there’s anything that you like in my closet I will give it to you at a good discount and I will ship it out tomorrow when I go back to the post office. They told me when I went that the employee that helped me had did something wrong when handling it. I’m so sorry again

taylor93087 @kappagirl95 I contacted posh support for the matter and will be going to my post office tm again. It was shipped out and the error the post office made was when they manually entered the number on the package instead of scanning it they entered a couple wrong numbers so therefore the tracking for United States Postal Service is impossible to track because it states that it was delivered before the date I sent of Jan 18. And hopefully they will be able to have a solution because it was sent out.

taylor93087 @kappagirl95 I took A photo of the receipt and explained everything to posh on here for the customer support so hopefully I can figure out where the packages at this point since right now I’m out of what I would be making off of this. It was one of the employees at the post office who made an error resulting in me being out money for a package that was sent to probably the wrong place because of their employee.

taylor93087 @kappagirl95 hopefully some results will be given to me when I go to the post office tomorrow but at least with you canceling the order you’re not out money and I’m the one who’s out lol sorry again and if you do get it lmk please this is a first for me. I’m just hoping the post office can give answers since they already told me it was the employee who helped me their fault instead of scanning the order and deciding to manually enter the numbers.

kappagirl95 @taylor93087 sounds like you are saying the usps employee typed in the wrong address for me so the package was delivered to someone else’s home? The address is on the receipt where it was delivered with the tracking? Hopefully the USPS can contact the receiver and get the package returned to you. Or are you saying they typed in the wrong tracking number & wrong address? Either way from the sounds of it the post office will be held accountable and help you tomorrow. Good luck!

taylor93087 @kappagirl95 They told me that it still would be shipped to the proper address & if it was not received by Friday or Thursday that I need to come back so that they can try to figure out where the package could possibly be because the tracking number that I did receive from the receipt is not the right one since they typed it wrong. taylor93087 @kappagirl95 i’m hoping they will be held accountable they were able to notice that they made the mistake. They were trying to tell me that if it is lost that I should be able to get a hold of the company and have some sort of compensation but they should be the ones making it right not posh since they could see that their employee made a mistake. 🤦🏼‍♀️ I’m assuming it’s probably going to be stressful dealing with them tomorrow but thank you for understanding and I’m sorry again

taylor93087 @kappagirl95 They were unable to track it still when I went today and they were acting like it was my fault even after they yet again told me it was the workers fault. Smh they told me Mabey where it went they would send it back. When I contacted posh support they told me that there was nothing to do since the tracking number that they gave me was wrong. I’ve never had a mishap like this and I’m quite disappointed with how my post office handled it. Honestly it kinda is a bummer

I have an issue today where it says it was delivered today (along with other items from other sellers that actually were delivered) but we actually never received the item. I’m not sure the Post Offices can handle all the new online selling options. I’m not sure what will happen with this either.

At least you understand I couldn’t imagine if this was an $50-100 purchase that I just lost cause of the post office you know . Smh just happy this was a small loss but still frustrated with the way they handled it with nothing in return for their mess up.
