cardwell1989 @moondancer392 So if someone says to email them with details and drops and email address is that going outside of Poshmark? I’m not really sure how to respond to this? I want to sell my products but safely

moondancer392 @cardwell1989 @cardwell1989 that’s correct personal email itoutside of poshmark and you don’t want to connect with them that way for communication or to purchase. You’re not protected that way. If someone asks you that you can tell them it’s outside of poshmark policy as a seller for you to communicate through personal email and to please keep all questions and comments in the app.

moondancer392 @cardwell1989 If they insist the you need to report them to poshmark through the three dots in the upper right hand site of their closet and click “report listing” and explain why. You have every right to refuse contact with any buyer who asks you to do that. Does this help? If there’s something I can explain better please let me know!

cardwell1989 @sylickadunn Hi, just want to update you I dropped this off at the post office yesterday morning. Not quite sure why it hasn’t been scanned in. Again I apologize for the wait, I suffered my first major injury on Thursday to my wrist and it’s been really difficult. But if it doesn’t show up by tonight I will contact the post office and see what the heck is going on. Again I included a few gifts for the inconvenience, this is not my norm.

thekingiscoming @cardwell1989 yes that’s what I do. You can tell these fake listings apart because the price is too good to be true. Unfortunately many of us are reporting and warning and not much is being done. Even when they do get their closet shut down, they start back up again with a new name and listed items with stolen photos...
