mzzladyshopper @michelleotey Hi I just received a message from Poshmark saying dust bag and heel replacements missing. I’m not sure how as I packed both items for you. If you decide you want the Chanel boots I will make sure to send you dust bags and In addition I will see if I can get my Saks associate to give me heel replacements just let me know...💕

Thanks for your patience with shipping delays due to weather and authentication process. * Hi there, Thanks for your email. After reviewing the authenticator's notes, we can confirm the dust bag and the heel tips were found on the bottom of the box underneath the tissue paper. Our apologies for the confusion. Richard
