firewm26 Hello, I wanted to message you privately, but apparently Poshmark does not allow this??? Anyway, I received the ring today and it is not a size 10. My husband wears a 10 and this ring is at least a half size too big. I plan to go to the jewelry store within the next day or so to confirm the size of the ring.

maschm11 @firewm26 the tag that came with the ring that was purchased new, which was sent with the ring to you and shows in my pictures shows the size as 10.

firewm26 @maschm11 Good morning. Yes, I saw the tag and that it reads size 10. The tag had been cut from the ring but I still assume that it goes to this ring. I will take the ring to the jeweler this week to confirm that it is a 10. I do not see how the ring that my husband currently wears which is a David Yurman size 10 fits correctly and the ring that I purchased from you is so lose on his finger. I will keep you updated. Thank you and I am sorry for the inconvenience for the both of us.

firewm26 Hello again Michelle. Sorry for the delay. I had planned on taking the ring with me to work yesterday but forgot. I brought it along today and went to our local mall (Cumberland Mall - Cobb County, GA) where a number of jewelry stores are in close proximity to one another ... Kay Jewelers, Helzberg Diamonds, Zales, and Macy's jewelry counter which is where the tag says that the ring was purchased. None of them say that the ring is a size 10. I had already known this though, since...

firewm26 continued... the ring is too loose on my husband's finger and again, he wears a size 10 which is the ring size of his current wedding band. We bought it online and the fit is perfect. Kay says that the ring that I purchased from you is a size 10 1/2 but Helzberg says that the ring is between 10 1/4 and 10 1/2 while Zales and Macy's say that it is a 10 1/4. The Zales Associate said that for a man's ring to be a 1/4 size is strange. Nonetheless, my husband cannot wear the ring. :-(

maschm11 @firewm26 First off, the tag accompanying the ring came with the ring. If it would have still been attached to the ring, I would have returned it to Macy's for $350 instead of selling it for $75. I received notification that you accepted it so not sure why you did that if it doesn't fit. Feel free to return the item to me in the same condition I sent to you. Not sure how the refund works.

maschm11 I would be curious to see all of the documentation you received from all/each of the jewelers you took it to for sizing. Very interesting that it measures at 10 1/4 when you say it is an odd size. This ring cannot be resized.

firewm26 Why would I ask for "documentation" when the jewelers were doing me a favor by checking the ring size for free? And they were telling me what I already knew. I did not accept the purchase from Poshmark, but maybe because I delayed answering the Poshmark email, it was accepted? I am new to this site and do not know how that part works. I will contact Poshmark. I do hope that other potential buyers of your items are paying attention to all this though.

firewm26 Hello, Poshmark sent via email a ring-sizing page for me to place the ring on and take pictures. It was confirmed that the ring is not a 10 but instead, is an 11! The jewelers used a solid pipe looking device making accuracy difficult. With a wide band ring, the page sent by Poshmark is far more accurate. It also makes sense that the ring is an 11 since it is so loose on my husband's finger. Anyway, Poshmark realized that the item was not as described by seller and refunded my money.
