allyrio Hi Michelle I’m so sorry to have to tell you this somebody took one of the Steve Madden shoes I had them on hold for you last night when I was leaving work and one of the other employees took one of the pairs of 8 1/2 Steve Madden‘s and purchase them even though I had them on hold right at this moment I am very angry because I just called there to see if someone else could look for them I had them set aside for you both pairs size 8 1/2

allyrio I’m going to call back at a later time today and see if someone could check again for me so I won’t cancel your order just yet until I know for sure that they’re positively gone but they weren’t where I needed them to be when I left work last night I purchased one pair of Steve Madden’s thinking I had both pairs in my bag and I didn’t I’m very upset right now with the store We had just hired a bunch of new employees so I’m wondering if one of them swiped your sneakers

allyrio Hi Michelle this is my final message to you and hopefully a good news I just called and talk to one of my managers about where the shoes when they have to go into a 72 hour hold whenever something gets put back in the bucket behind the registers where I work one of the girls obviously put them back in and they went into the whole bucket in the whole bucket Hass to be held for 72 hours before getting put back on the floor so anything in that bucket

allyrio Cannot go back on the floor until it has been properly I guess you should say clean for COVID-19 we need to hold them until the virus dies if there is a virus at all so any return merchandise or merchandise that gets put back Hass to be held for 72 hours so I will not be able to get your shoes shipped out to you until Friday or Saturday but I did ship out one pair already

allyrio I am so very sorry for this confusion honestly everything is so difficult now because of COVID-19 and the para shoes were on hold for me but one of the new employees put them in the bucket😔😐Please let me know if you have any problem with this if you don’t mind waiting I will ship them out for you ASAP as soon as I get them from the bucket on Friday

allyrio Hi Michelle it’s me again. I just checked the area where we hold merchandise for the 72 hours due to COVID 19. I searched high and low and would you believe they were not there. I’m going to tell you that I think one of the other employees took them for sure since I had them on hold for you 😔I’m so sorry this happened I honestly can’t believe someone would do that
