chellern0 @lolas_boutique_ what’s a poshmark ambassador? Also I recently tried to list multiple items under one post how does selling those work? Like it doesn’t let the public know there are more than one item?

lolas_boutique_ @chellern0 no it doesn’t. I’m not sure why not. I don’t like that either, but your listing will be for sale until all is sold out. When all of the qty is sold it will say sold out across it. Ambassador is a status, you have to complete several things in order to have the status. You can keep track of your posh stats by going to your closet and clicking on posh stats. It will show you your progress and how much of each requirement you need and how close you are to ambassadors.

lolas_boutique_ @chellern0 you get extra perks for becoming ambassador. It’s a lot of work I will say! I have worked day and night! I’m going on 36 hrs right now no sleep trying to share, list, follow, message, research etc. it’s a very different platform. You have to put in the work to make sales.

lolas_boutique_ @chellern0 lol yeah it's a learning curve. Yes! Girl you want followers. When I first started I had someone following every few minutes literally. I thought why! How!? So you are on a new poshers list. And it's awesome for people to follow you. Make SURE you follow your followers back. Those are potential customers. You NEED followers.

lolas_boutique_ @chellern0 without followers there's not much in the way of sales for you. I joined several follow and share groups here. It's very confusing at first but once you get it you will be all set. It doesn't take long I promise. It's a lot to take in at first. You need to follow as many poshers as you can. Most will follow you back. You won't be on the new list long to get all these free followers.

That's the key to sales is first SHARE SHARE SHARE. but gotta have followers to share items to so FOLLOW! Like look at my followers....click on them, and start hitting the blue buttons.

lolas_boutique_ @chellern0 I can suggest some SHARE groups for you once you get a few items listed. I am in one and it's amazing. I have lots of exposure from that group. On tue and Thursday we all share each other's closet. So my items are seen by my own followers and also by all of the poshers in the group who share it to all their followers.

lolas_boutique_ @chellern0 Make sure you mark your items higher bc you will get people sending you offers and some LOWBALL big time. So you MUST price higher. MOST ppl will not just buy an item from you like on other platforms, they either hit the like button and expect you to send a private offer or they send you an offer or they bundle. They expect a price drop either way. Then u got big posh fees. Big.

lolas_boutique_ @chellern0 And when someone shares your closet try to share back. It's a thanks kind of thing posh etiquette. You can't return all for sure. I don't expect you to share back, I'm just trying to help you gain exposure. So no worries. I also wanted to tell you to share your items to as many parties as possible too. You get major exposure there. There's 4 a day with different themes the last one at night you can share anything. So try to do that. You might get a host pick too! That's a big deal!

lolas_boutique_ @chellern0 you can cancel the order. They can also cancel it if you take too long to send. I try to ship mine out same or next day. Sometimes it’s 3-4. Not often though. Buyers will leave you a bad love note review if you are not fast. Some will. You have like 7 days I think then posh will cancel the order if not shipped. It just looks bad as a seller to not ship ASAP. 💕😊🎀

lolas_boutique_ @chellern0 and also it will affect your ratings. If you are trying to become posh ambassador, which gives perks and people trust you more equals more sales ,if trying to become ambassador it’s bad to not ship quickly bc you have to meet requirements. Ratings is one of them.

lolas_boutique_ @chellern0 you can get free boxes and mailing envelopes from USPS but I order my own poly mailers that are cute with designs like hearts, fox, dots, stripes etc. I usually order them according to the season. I’m about to order spring Easter ones. I buy seasonal tissue paper too. Buyers expect the item to be wrapped nicely. Most people that are serious sellers wrap nicely with ribbon and a card. I order beautiful laser cut place cards very small and write a simple thank you etc.

lolas_boutique_ @chellern0 no. You can’t return anything for fit issues or if you just don’t like it. Unless you talk to your seller and they are very nice and will accept a return from you. You have to contact them and then agree to contact posh and open a case to get a refund. I would always ask measurements or just be sure. Glad you are doing good!
