michelle_bost @labmom05 thanks! How does the shipping process work? I see that there seems to be a standard shipping price but what if it’s a larger item or purchase? I’m sure I can find this info somewhere but since you offered to answer questions I thought I’d start with you.

labmom05 @michelle_bost Yes there is a standard shipping price that the buyer pays. If the seller gives a discounted shipping, the seller pays the doggy from their profit. If the item sold is heavier than 5 pounds, the seller has to print a special label and the seller pays the additional shipping cost. Thanks for asking. Happy to help.

t_helton HI Michele, thanks for the ESPA travel kit. I am not in a rush nor do i need the travel case, just the products, so if you can save on shipping in a smaller box, do so. I am buying this specifically for the travel hydra toner, it’s my favorite yet the travel size bottle is not refillable and i am therefore carrying the big glass full size bottle around…not ideal. With travel restrictions lifted for plane travel, this kit will be enveloped into my clear case travel kit.

I’m selling this for a friend and am not familiar with the products but as I re-read your message and was packing things up, I’m not 100% sure what you want is included. I want to save us both the hassle of a return if you won’t be satisfied. I think you can just cancel the purchase if needed.

t_helton @michelle_bost I have verified and we are good to go. Keep the case, just the products (the hydra toner mist is the atomizer in the contents) and there is no interest in returning or canceling for such a small sale…
