Did the buyer file a case (I EBay requested to return the item/cancel the order so it’s now being sent back to you etc) , or was their address incorrect and now it’s being sent back?! Either way, I can help advise from what I have experienced 🥰 Paige

sommerm89 @pls0211 Thanks so much for responding! 🤗 Very new to PM. Still trying to get the hang of it all. When I checked the USPS tracking it has an alert and says the item could not be delivered as addressed and is being shipped back to me.
