musicaa Good afternoon. I hope you are doing great. The reason I am writing to you is because I wanted to let you know that I shipped the sandals the day after you bought them. For some reason it hasnt change the tracking information. I already contacted poshmark team and they are doing their best to help me find out what is happening. I truly apologize for the inconvenience, this is honestly the first time that this happens to me.
