harrisl555 Hi Michelle, I was surprised to see your rating because that I let you know I was out of town when you made the purchase and that I would send the bag out as soon as I returned. I sent it that day as promised, it was shipped to PM first for authentication then shipped directly to you. You received almost a brand new bag & was shipped out as just as promised. If there is an issue you have, I’m more than happy to accept your return, which you have not requested. Let’s rectify that issue.

michellepflug @harrisl555 hi. I was really disappointed it took so long to receive the bag. I had no idea It would not arrive until the 15th. I requested a refund via customer service. I don't know the process or how it works this was my first poshmark purchase ever. I'm not questioning the bag or condition it just did not deliver in the time I anticipated. I'm happy to remove my rating if you can help me thru the process of returning the bag to you.

harrisl555 @michellepflug Hi! I don’t know the process either as I have never had this issue. PM offers a wonderful service of authentication if the item is more than $500. I can’t control that process on their end. They will have to deal with your issue.

michellepflug @harrisl555 My problem is with your description of the listing. It was not accurate. After accepting the offer you shared you were traveling that was the first hiccup then you said you would ship on Monday. The bag did not ship priority on Monday. The bag arrived 11 days after I purchased.
