janine1965 Hi! I’m sorry for my delayed response. My store is currently on vacation hold so I’ve missed some updates. I’m so sorry. I’m also sorry about the problems with the boots. I see your problem, even though the box says size US size 11 and EU 43, it seems that isn’t the same size. I went by US size. I only ever tried them on and didn’t wear them after purchased. I know all Poshmark sales are suppose to be final but I have asked posh support what I can do. I do not want you to be unhappy.

meshe13 @janine1965 Thank you for responding. My mom sells shoes on Poshmark as well so I showed her my boots and the sizing; she was a bit confused as to why an 11 would be considered 43 EU (that’s a size 12). I absolutely love these boots but they feel as though I am trying to wear my fathers military boots.

janine1965 @meshe13 I just feel really bad. I respect the posh process and would never ever try to deceive anyone. I have definitely learned something to watch out for when listing shoes with US and EU sizing. Again, I’m sorry.
