My first one I own flew away ... trusted him too much...his wing feathers grew out he was a lilac parrot... they don’t suppose to be good talkers but mine was.

lindapol Hi Michelle. I’ve been on PM for a couple years mostly buying things. My question is this. On a listing for a gorgeous Brahmin bag I noticed you noted that the pics were from somewhere else and then someone noted it was a scam. How do you know if it’s a scammer? Does PM protect buyers from scams? I love Brahmin bags and have bought a couple on PM but they’ve obviously been authentic. Lately I’ve also seen a lot of Louis Vuitton look alikes that are priced so cheaply, they have to be a scam.

2943lewis i know that it is stolen so is the lion, the green moth butterfly, and the scull bag. they sold 1 and posted another so i wanted to see what she said i can't figure out what the end game is mine is the lion i contacted posh yesterday when it was posted but they picked the holiday weekend. also they are able to delite your comments with out reposting. I'm an ambassador too and do not know of anyway to do that i can't figure out how they cut and paste them.

2943lewis thank you for letting me know she will have you blocked now im already block on the other 3. this has happened to me 3 times now and you have to go to copyright infringement to get them taken down. if you figure out why they are selling these when they have no bag to sell please let me know thank you Nancy

beanieanne @2943lewis They steal the photos from Ⓜ️. They ship some crap like face masks to a neighboring address so it tracks. I’m sure most of these sales get canceled fortunately, but I know of a couple of people that kept waiting for the item to arrive. Once they wait past the 3 day cut off period, there is nothing they can do.

beanieanne @2943lewis My photos aren’t even that good. Nothing stops them, and people fall for it. I added a post to my listings with advice on avoiding scams. I’ve seen several people doing the same.

2943lewis did you notice that there is a new post of the fairy handbag. so now theres 2 of them selling that handbag they really need to do something about it. i was looking at dooney and Bourke and you can't find them for all the fake Louis Vuitton.

beanieanne @tiamat4040 The buyer doesn’t know until they receive the package. It will have something else inside like junk. However, Poshmark seems to be finally putting a stop to this. I actually haven’t seen any stolen photos for a while
