als3503 Hi @beholyfit and thank you for your recent purchase. I noticed that you left a comment concerning the insole that was missing & I am sorry but I didn’t even notice. I will look around to see if I have it and will send to you. Not sure what what more could have been done as far as shipping, because it was shipped within 24 hrs in what I thought was good packing. Will take your comments into consideration for my future sales.

beholyfit @als3503 hi there! The shipping and packing are what I thought was great, so thank you for that! Yes, the inside of the right shoe is weird. There is a white insert just in the heel area, but no insole. Wish I could take a picture of it and show you.
