makeupqueen878 hi, I have no idea why you would say that my packaging and cleanliness could improve. never have gotten that back as feedback. clearly we're not a good fit to do business together, so I have blocked you from any future buying from my closet. Hope you find other poshers that fit your needs as I only sell new products and double package all of my items. Happy poshing!!
