Hi! You recently bought a nwot coco + Carmen boho shirt from me (it was $5, purchased on 12/29) and I was a bit perplexed to receive your rating today. So I was hoping you could offer some insight so I may improve. This is the first time I haven’t recieved a 5 star rating, You rated 4 stars & checked the box could improve ship time. Was that why? I did have it ready to go the next day (the 30th) but couldn’t make it to the post office.

Then the New Years holiday hit (on sat) so I had to wait till Monday. You received it today (Thursday), so that was 3 days. But had I been able to mail immediately on the 30th you may have received it a day or 2 earlier this week. I do apologize for that. I want all customers to be satisfied & love their purchase. If the problem wasn’t the extra day or 2 of shipping, was it the shirt? if the shirt wasn’t want you wanted please let me know. I do take returns.

Was it bc I added a free shirt in there as well (one you didn’t ask for but I put in to say thanks anyway. I could see it bothering you if you didn’t want more clutter/extra clothes. Maybe it feels like I’m being presumptuous by adding in something you didnt ask for.)? I’m sorry for the weird questions but I am just racking my brain for any reason bc I truly am confused & don’t want this to happen again. I really pride myself on having all 5 star reviews & trying to make each customer happy.

The last thing I could think of was maybe you didn’t like the price? $4 is the lowest I can go before I don’t make any money at all (not sure if you know or sell on here but posh takes $3 for their fee off any item you sell for $15 & under). Even priced at $5 a seller only makes $2. But if you don’t think the shirt was worth $2 then that’s important info for me to know for future pricing.
