@missqueentoad01 Hi, I apologize for the delay in shipping. I knew I'd get to the PO late today after service desk was closed, but I wasn't counting on the self-serve machine in lobby to be out of order. When it's working, it scans your pkg and gives you a tracking # & receipt. I wasn't too keen on dropping the box into the bin without getting a receipt, so I will wait till Mon when I can hand it to a live postal worker who can give me a receipt. Again I apologize for the delay.

Hey I received the shoes and I only got 4 miles of walking out of them before they fell apart. I am really disappointed about this.

@missqueentoad01 Hi Michelle, I'm sorry (& surprised) to hear that. Poshmark has way for addressing such issues. If you go to your list of Posh purchases, click on the shoe order, & scroll down below the "Rating," you'll see "Problems/Order Inquiry". Click on that. Then a new window will open with 5 options from which to choose. I'd suggest the 5th one: "contact posh support."
