Hi! I'm Michelle. That is my mini poodle Charley. If there is is problem with your order please send me a message before accepting your order and I’ll make it right, I promise. Once an order is accepted it’s hard to do anything. If you need to cancel an order just let me know, it’s not gonna be an issue! Any items from my own closet will be items only in great condition and other items I purchased which didn’t fit and I’m just looking to recoup my cost as best I can. I’ll make a deal! I honestly try to price things I’d be happy with paying and receiving, even if it means I take a loss. My items come from different places, I do my very best to disclose all flaws and condition of the items, if you have a questions or concerns on condition please ask before purchasing
