sheraleebailey @michanson760 you may need to fill out information. On a phone, hit the icon with your name on the bottom right. That will bring you to a page with your account and other options to click on. The top one is sort of an introduction with information.

sheraleebailey @michanson760 it’s your guide to Poshmark. That will answer a lot of questions I believe what you need to do is in that list. It has all the basic information for buying, selling, shipping and so on. To create a shipping label you need to enter your address.

sheraleebailey @michanson760 hit the bottom right hand button. On that page, scroll down. You will find in that list, my payment information and I believe right under it is my addresses. I believe both of these have to be filled out. In order to get payed, they need your bank info. For shipping labels, your address is also needed.
