Or, just visit my closet and Id be happy to help! SHARING is KEY! When U "share" an item to your "followers" it goes to the "feed" where they can see it, so, the more followers U have...the more its seen! @katzkoz I do have a question! I see so many listings where poshers are able to make paragraphs and space between lines in their descriptions. I'm using an iPhone 6+ and I am unable to format like that...if I hit return it just thinks I'm done writing the description.
But...it lets me do it in comments!!

Anyway, is there a special technique to do it or is it perhaps a bug in the iPhone app, and perhaps Android users' version of the app allows that? If you know, please let me know :) I might have to submit a bug report!

@maglenetski hmmmmm...yes U should be able to do that in a listing. But is it when you're almost done with the description? There's only so many lines in a description. Do U have the little downward arrow on your iPhone? I've done it on my iPhone but switched to my tablet or computer. Do U know U can have all of your pictures U take on your phone go to your computer too without saving and emailing them? Its just a application fix.LMK.

@katzkoz I made a huge mistake and need help! I mixed up orders and two of my buyers got each other's orders. I emailed Poshmark but don't expect them to get back to me until Monday or Tuesday. What's the best thing to do to fix this? Should they mark the items as not described? Will that get them their money refunded and will I get the items back and we can try again (if they are still wanting to)? I feel so terrible about this. 😥

@maglenetski NOT TO WORRY!! I did the exact same thing. Actually, those of us that have been on awhile have too. 1st explain to both, if U haven't already. If U have a copy of both shipping labels, email it to each. If not, U can go into Ur DOWNLOAD app on your computer and its there. U should be able to send it to them. (Each others label) cont...

@maglenetski If U DON'T have it, ask Posh to either send them a new label (or U) and they can remail it. It is an inconvenience for them but believe me...it happens. This will be NO cost to either. Let me know if U can get that download again. If not well figure something out. I ALWAYS keep copies of what I print now and their user name, address & what they bought after my goof up!

@maglenetski Yah! She just texted me. She said Posh will have to send you the proper labels to email to them. She said there's nothing really you can do til they get back to you. So.....its a waiting game. Write to Posh again and give them the User names too so they will have their addresses on file. She said U may hear back tomorrow. LMK what happens.

@katzkoz Yes they did. They are having both buyers ship the item to each other. I do wish I could have offered them a discount on their purchases to make up for the mistake, but all I could do was offer one for a future purchase.

It was a legit mistake and I'm telling you......its a common mistake so don't beat yourself up about it. Posh really does take care of it. I just they were faster on their responses. @maglenetski Just a suggestion on your makeup...Poshmark takes a flat $3 fee off all transactions under $15. That means they make more than you on $5 items. You should pre-bundle items like lipstick & lip liner for $16. That way you don't lose more than 20% of your earnings. You could make some cute bundles for Mother's Day. Example title "Mother's Day lip kit" ❤❤❤

@triciatx That's an excellent idea! Yeah, I knew they got $3 but didn't want to mark up the individual items, so I wasn't sure what to do there. Most people who have purchased makeup so far have done so in a bundle, but I like the idea of pre-made bundles!

@evilone22 you won't want to do it individually because Poshmark would charge you $5.95 shipping on each item. I made a discounted bundle for you if you're interested which will just be the flat $5.95 fee. I think the weight of the bundle will be higher than permitted, but if so I'm willing to pay any additional shipping charges as well 🙂

@evilone22 Yeah, it is pretty high. But Poshmark does provide better security for both the buyer and seller than most of those other apps, & they work hard to keep spam or of here and keep it a place that people enjoy. So those are a few things to think about 🙂
