belvahome hello, Help.....this is Belva I'm the lady who bought the pink legging and got the wrong item. I have not heard anything from Posh regarding the refund of my money could you please give me some insight, and what would you like me to do with this large rust sweater???

superiorreal @belvahome Hello. Before you rated the item I sent a message asking you to open a return case for the item. This was actually the first time this happened. Since you didn’t open a return case I guess you have to send Poshmark an email because the money was released to me. The person that got your item was refunded and sent the pants back to me.

superiorreal @belvahome Try going to the purchase and see if tou can open a return case for “wrong item sent”. This way they send you a label to mail the sweater back to me. I’m really sorry for my mistake. But unfortunately you have to contact Poshmark from your end.

superiorreal @belvahome No they didn’t. The thing is that you accepted the order so they released the money. An order return has to be made before accepting it. I’m sorry your going through this. But unfortunately the contact has to be done by your end.
