mickifontenot @sarahhhh_jane Hi Sarah, I have not accepted the purchase yet because the pullover was more than slightly used.. it was covered with fuzziness and pilling from wear.. I am not agreeable to pay $10 but I will pay $5. Are you agreeable to this? I’ve tried multiple times to submit a formal return dispute but have been unsuccessful even though I’ve contacted customer service many times.. Can you contact them if you are willing to sell the pullover for $5? Thank you Micki
