littlevintagely Hi Mickie! I just wanted to reach out to you and apologize for not seeing the issue with the clasp before I posted it. I always try to be as transparent as possible to avoid any disappointment in items received. It had been a while since I wore it and I didn’t remember it being an issue, but I should have examined everything better. Thank you for bringing this to my attention, it’s a good reminder to look over my items better. 😊

littlevintagely I could tell how sad it made you just by the comments you left, and that’s a sucky feeling. I’m so sorry. I asked my local dry cleaner the cost to fix something like that (I showed them the pic you posted) and they said $8. I’m sending you $10, in hopes it makes up for the inconvenience.
