vahine5 Hi there. What was the problem with the item I sold you? I have never received that rating. I have 500 plus 5 star ratings. Its customary to give a reason so that the seller can correct the mistake for the future. Also, why didnt you return it if it was so bad?

vahine5 Additionally, one star rating is reserved for an item that was misrepresented, damaged, filthy, and wrong all the way around. If you look at the item, I represented it as sincerely as possible, it was clean, and I sent it right away. Just curious.

5kidzmom @vahine5 Hi. You’re right. I should have just returned it. There’s holes on one of the 3 corners of the base of the bag where the seams met. If the bag is facing you, it’ll be on the left and front and the right back bottom corner seam. Which wasn’t stated on your description. I also expected a liner inside which wasn’t there too. This usually is on one of the authentic bags. So I was very disappointed especially with rips/holes. Like you said, I should have just returned it.

vahine5 @5kidzmom Well it didnt have a liner as I received it and I thought I showed the interior. And I didnt notice any holes. So the first problem here is your mistake in not looking at photos. The second one is mine but not intentional. The holes must be very small. You could have rated it 3 or 4 stars for this one problem. My takeaway, I will look closer at corners and of course mention any defects I see. Thank you. And thank you for listening. Good luck with your store.
